Follow the below steps: -
Step: - 1
- If the element is available in the Ad Management tab then,
go to CMS - Website Management - Ad Management - Find the element and put ad code using "Custom Ad Code" or use the "Banner Ad" for placing any banner ad.
Step: - 2
- If the element is not in the Ad Management tab then,
go to CMS - Website Management - Ad Management - Add New Element (for creating new category-specific Ad element)
Give page name and element as below: -
Page Type | news_listing_7321848 | As we are creating ad spaces for the category listing page |
| Element | ad_after_nav |
Note: - "7321848" this number is the ID of category, for which we are going to create ad space, and you can find this ID using
| CMS - System Management - Categories - Uid |
When you are ready with the element, you can put the Ad code using "custom ad code" or you can use "Banner Ad" for placing any Banner Ad.
Note: - For creating common ad slots for all category pages use Page - news_listing
and for separate category pages use Page - news_listing_categoryID (where you have to change the categoryID)
